1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Meevo.media website and services (the "Service"), operated by Meevo.media ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any future revisions.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be of legal age in your country of residence to form a binding contract (typically at least 18 years old) to use this Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, all activities under it, and for ensuring your profile content complies with these Terms.

3. User-Generated Content & Conduct
You own the content you post ("User Content"). By posting, you grant us a worldwide license to host and display it for the Service's operation. You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree NOT to:
  • Post content that is illegal, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, or infringes on any intellectual property rights.
  • Post misleading product reviews, fake endorsements, or content that violates Amazon Associates Program policies or any other affiliate network's terms.
  • Use the Service for spam, unauthorized advertising, or to collect data from other users.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Upload viruses or malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service's integrity.
We do not pre-screen User Content but reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts for violations at our sole discretion.
4. Affiliate Links & Earnings Disclaimer
The Service allows you to post affiliate marketing links. You are solely responsible for:
  • Complying with all terms of affiliate programs (e.g., Amazon Associates).
  • Disclosing your affiliate relationships to your audience as required by law (e.g., FTC guidelines).
  • Any tax implications of your earnings.
WE ARE NOT A PARTY TO YOUR AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIPS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY EARNINGS, PROCESS PAYMENTS, OR ASSUME LIABILITY FOR YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH PROGRAM TERMS OR LAWS.
5. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part) at any time with or without notice. We may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate your account and access for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain our exclusive property. The "Meevo" name and logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission. All other trademarks on the Service are the property of their respective owners.

7. Subscriptions and Payment (Future Plans)
Should we offer paid subscription plans ("Premium Services"):
  • You agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel your subscription via your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
  • We may change subscription fees with at least 30 days' notice.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEEVO.MEDIA, ITS DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meevo.media from any claim, damage, or expense (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including affiliate program terms.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Informal Resolution: Prior to formal action, you agree to contact us at hello@meevo.media to attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts in Pune, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved informally shall be finally settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Pune, in English. Judgment may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

11. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours freely. Notices to you may be via email or posting on the Service.
